I really think the info we got in chapter 86 wasn’t 100% accurate from the characters because one account is coming from Grisha’s father who’s basically brainwashed by the Marleyan government to think he’s the devil and then information coming from Dina, whom I don’t think has earned our trust either being sent from “the Owl.” I’m hoping in the next chapter or two we’ll find out what happens. That’s one of the big questions that is not just unanswered but now we’re more confused about it. I'm kind of scared to go back to the information dump that was chapter 86. Soaring-turtle-jet: Did you understand where the titans from outside the wall came from? I don't really remember if it was from King Fritz or the Mainland people. I was doubting the Reiss family being the true royal family, but then I thought that since Uri and Frieda inherited the Will of the King, those memories and power can only be accessed by the true descendent of the King.īut now I’m rethinking things….has that been confirmed? I remember Rod desperately wanted Historia to eat Eren, but maybe that’s just a lie he’s been fed and believed? I mean at this point I can seen Isayama doing that haha. We don’t know where the Reiss family comes in (esp with their mind control), and how they obtained the coordinate titan powers, but it’s never explicitly stated that the Reiss and Fritz bloodlines are directly connected, besides both being Eldian. This is a brilliant summary!!! But, if you recall, the king on the throne prior to the coup arc was named King Fritz (the one that was assumed to be a puppet king, because the common conception was that the Reiss family was the true royal family).
